Integrify trains motivated immigrants for expert positions in technological growth companies. Through Integrify, more than 100 partner businesses and more than 500 immigrants have been able to help bridge the skills gap in Finland and make the sector more diverse.
The Student Management System platform developed by Integrify automates the implementation of a five-month training package and enables the scaling up of annual students to up to thousands. Integrify’s innovations in the education technology correlate with better learning results, with more than 80% of students finding employment after training.
Integrify is in active use in five countries, and the model has received media attention worldwide. The company develops its technology and services continuously in collaboration with Finnish education providers and companies such as Amazon Web Services.
